My family and I enjoyed a memorable stay at Smugglers for our holiday, easily accommodating our group of 16 with ample space. The quiet atmosphere, thanks to well-darkened rooms, ensured restful nights for everyone. We appreciated the option to prepare our own meals; a trip to the local grocery store allowed us to cook for just £4-6 per day, making it economical for our large crew. Though we didn't meet the owner personally, their lovely service was evident throughout our stay. The communal area was welcoming, and a shed was available for drying our clothes-very handy after our hikes around Tomintoul. With convenient access to nearby trails, it was an ideal spot for family adventures. We look forward to returning.
